- Handloom Imperfections
All products offered by Hello Weavers Hub are meticulously handcrafted. It is important to note that minor variations or imperfections can occur during the artisanal handwoven process. These variations are not regarded as defects but rather unique characteristics that showcase the craftsmanship of our handwoven sarees.
Imperfections may include the following:
- Handloom Marks (Holes): These are marks found on the selvedge of the saree, signifying the uniqueness of the product.
- Knots or Bumps: Small knots or bumps in threads may occur when broken threads are pieced together. These are not considered defects.
- Uneven Threads: Variations in the threads connecting the border to the body are not considered defects.
- Slubs: Slubs are residual threads bundled together in tiny knots, and they are not considered defects.
- Minute Gaps: Minor gaps in and around motifs, as well as minute thread gaps around motifs, the body, or pallu, are not considered defects.
