Packing and Dispatch Time: We understand that prompt delivery is crucial. Our dedicated team strives to pack and dispatch your order within 2-3 days of your purchase. Please note that certain products may require extra time due to their handwoven nature, which will be clearly mentioned in the product description. We ship throughout the week except during weekends and Public Holidays.
Nearest Production Centre: To ensure efficiency and reduce transit times, we dispatch your orders from the nearest production center or Godown.
Order Tracking: Your peace of mind matters to us. As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll provide you with a tracking number within 1-2 days. This number allows you to monitor the real-time progress of your shipment.
